What is a Fiduciary?

You have worked hard to accumulate your family’s wealth, but now you can see that it may be time to get some help with managing the complexities of your financial situation, and to get serious about making a plan to achieve the life of Financial Freedom you have worked so hard for. You need a competent and trustworthy advisor who can help you steward your family’s wealth into the future. But with so many options out there, who can you entrust with this critical role?

There are lots of “money managers” out there who will sell you on their investing performance.  At Concentus, we aren’t money managers, we are Wealth Planners, and we act as a fiduciary for your family.

The dictionary defines the word fiduciary as follows:

A fiduciary is a person or organization that acts on behalf of another person or persons, putting their clients’ interest ahead of their own, with a duty to preserve good faith and trust. Being a fiduciary thus requires being bound both legally and ethically to act in the other’s best interests.
