Thanks for the sharing this video. A topic we discuss often. As a family,we are taking several steps towards solutions to some of the topics you addressed. On Faith we had a contest called “Right Thinking” and each children 11 and older was given an opportuntity to express their point of view on matters of Faith and how to apply those principles to their lives. A second strategy we are employing as a group is working with some top professors at the local Universities. we have a wealth of knowledge at Penn, Drexel, St Joe’s etc,, and we are developing a Entrpreneurual program for young adults. They can explore important global issues and we may even open a small business to teach our children/Grandchildren work ethic and leadership skills. As well as give them hands on experience in running a business and employing leadership skills. Keep up the good work!!

Erik, this was very well done and leaves one thinking about so many things pertaining to raising children to become productive members of society and be happy at the same time. It also points out that being a parent is not easy and takes work. Thank you for doing to.

Erik, this is a wonderful interview with Rich Orlando. You and he are addressing the topics that are concerning to all parents and grandparents. I liked Rich’s final comment that we are always developing our own legacy for our children and grandchildren. We are role models, and need to recognize that responsibility for those we love. Keep hitting these important issues!!
